Hemel Hempstead Cannabis Club Picnic, 16th May 2015
Wow! We had an AMAZING picnic yesterday; I want to share some of the photos from the day.
We arrived to a beautiful, empty field filled with flowers, with a river running through it.

We put all our blankets down and set up a sweet rig brought along by the Abingdon and Oxford Cannabis Community (Please click the link to have a look at their Facebook group). And then people started to arrive with cakes, sandwiches, pop and love...
Then people really started showing up! We cannot explain how grateful we are for people making the effort to come and get involved with the cause. There were people at this event that had never come to any cannabis events before, but saw our posts online and decided to come along and meet us.
I know a lot of people couldn't make it who wanted to. We will be having another picnic in the coming months, please keep an eye on the Hemel Hempstead Cannabis Club Facebook group. We also have an email list, pop +Katy Clouds a message either via email or on Facebook. Alternatively you can check out our contacts page.

Michelle brought along some fabulous medicated chocolates that went down a treat. Definitely going to be baking some medibles for the next picnic, which is in Hitchin and being hosted by the Hertfordshire Cannabis Club. Go over to their Facebook event page if you want more information, or want to come along!
We tried very to get a whole group shot, with everyone looking at the camera, but it was a bit of a task! I also love the shot with the kite - it was such a perfect location and weather for a picnic, we couldn't have been luckier. It's not usual for life to be on the pro-canna side, but everything worked out perfectly!
We can't wait to see everyone at the next event, which is in Hitchin on Saturday. Don't be shy! I'll do a proper write up of what we achieved with yesterdays picnic later on in the week, please add our blog to your RSS feed, or check back for updates.
Huge thank you to Mr Jack Bean, Michelle & Ben and Telman Mansfield for the photos. Please let me know if I accidentally stole your photo without crediting you!
